<?xml version="1.0" ?><rss version="2.0"><channel><title>Balance - Jeannie Samson's Triathlon Blog</title><link>http://www.jeanniesamson.com/balance_-_jeannie_samsons_triathlon_blog.htm</link><description>Jeannie Samson</description><pubDate>Mon, 16 Apr 2007 22:58:23 GMT</pubDate><lastBuildDate>Fri, 13 Aug 2010 11:48:02 GMT</lastBuildDate><generator>Levelfield</generator><item><title>No race, but great training....</title><guid>http://www.jeanniesamson.com/log/post_290578957_balance_-_jeannie_samsons_triathlon_blog.htm</guid><description>&lt;p&gt;Among the races I had scheduled for this season was yesterday's Cactus Challenge Traithlon in Austin.&amp;nbsp; I did not do the race because I was so tired from being sick, then did the 1/2 Ironman in CA two weeks ago.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; More recovery time was needed&amp;nbsp;before racing again.&amp;nbsp; I took an extra day off last week, but&amp;nbsp;I'm now feeling strong again.&amp;nbsp; It was also nice to sleep late on Saturday and Sunday!&amp;nbsp; I love those ZZZZZZ's.&lt;/p&gt;</description><pubDate>Mon, 16 Apr 2007 22:58:23 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Easter Weekend....</title><guid>http://www.jeanniesamson.com/log/post_289550967_balance_-_jeannie_samsons_triathlon_blog.htm</guid><description>Friday, April 6 was Asha's 7th birthday.&amp;nbsp; She made several comments that she had a wonderful day and felt loved!&amp;nbsp; Shanti went all out and made her a birthday card and bought her some special gifts for her day.&amp;nbsp; The weekend was also fun, but cold and rainy.&amp;nbsp; I did a lot of training this weekend - most of it inside.&amp;nbsp; Last weekend was my half Ironman in Oceanside, CA.&amp;nbsp; It was a good, solid early season race!&amp;nbsp; I took a few days off, but I am now in full swing again - my training volume is pretty high this week.&amp;nbsp; Have a wonderful week!</description><pubDate>Mon, 9 Apr 2007 13:30:47 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
