Today I did a hard 2 hour bike session with my friend Karen Burks, who is VERY powerful on the bike these days! It was the first time in many months I did a session like this - it was hard, but fun. I have not been running much, but I think I will get back to it soon. Triathlon has not been a priority this year, but hopefully 2009 will be my best racing season ever!
