Seeing improvement.. I have been with my GREAT physical therapy program for 2 1/2 months now and I am definately seeing improvement. Since my spine needs core structural changes it has taken quite a while to see improvement in my back pain, but I am now able to run for 30 minutes at a time. My biking and swimming have been greatly reduced, but I am starting to build those up again also! Another area I am taking on right now is my eating! I put on a little over 5 pounds since the end of last Tri season, so I am simply reducing my sugar and starch intake a little, and writing down everything I eat. LOTS of fruit, veggies, lean meats, nuts and a little high fiber bread have already begun producing good results! |
