This is a test
Spring "Break"....... This week has been one the most challenging in a long time! Asha and Aliya had strep throat with scary high fever, Shanti had bronchitis, and Jude was so sick he did not go to work for a day (if you knew him, that's shocking). My training has taken a back seat this week, but I managed to bike, swim, and run a few times each. There are so many times I just didn't want to work out, or leave the kids at all. But with help from my husband (when he was well)and mother-in-law, I went to the gym anyway. It's those times I feel the best when I am done, and I am then able to handle the job of mother so much better when I return. |
