Easter Weekend....

Friday, April 6 was Asha's 7th birthday.  She made several comments that she had a wonderful day and felt loved!  Shanti went all out and made her a birthday card and bought her some special gifts for her day.  The weekend was also fun, but cold and rainy.  I did a lot of training this weekend - most of it inside.  Last weekend was my half Ironman in Oceanside, CA.  It was a good, solid early season race!  I took a few days off, but I am now in full swing again - my training volume is pretty high this week.  Have a wonderful week!
