Waiting for my energy to return..... The last four days I have been having very low energy. A deep tiredness that I do not think is overtraining, but rather something else that I have not discovered yet. My coach (Siri) gave me a new schedule this week that included a lot more rest days and very light days. I am hoping it will help, but I am also seeking advice from my pharmacist, doctor, and other athletes that have experienced similar symptoms. I am doing my best to keep positive and confident that I can continue to train and be the best I can be, it will just have to wait until my body is ready for that to happen. Have a wonderful day! |
