Taking it to the next level.... Since summer began I have had GREAT training. Each week I build a little more volume on the bike, run, and swim. I am so excited to start some of my HARD workouts again! Just today I had butterflies in my stomach at the thought of taking my effort level to OUCH level on my bike/run workout! My mind wanted to skip it or go easy and longer distance, but I had a plan and stuck to it! I am still a long way from where I want to be in speed, but those critical workouts will get me one step closer! |
