Date on Lady Bird Lake... Since summer began Jude has not had Sunday soccer games, so he and I have had a weekly running date at Town Lake (now called Lady Bird lake). Jude and I both love going to Town Lake - it's an Austin landmark, and a great place to be around lots of other runners. We have so much fun, and go out to eat at a cool little restaurant on West Lynn Dr. called Galaxy Cafe! We had a great time this morning - I did an easy 7 miler then quickly downed a huge breakfast taco at Galaxy. |
